When you think about being healthy do you focus solely on your physical health? According to the United Nations health is not just the absence of disease, but the state of physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Think about all the areas of your life that have an impact on your sense of well-being. At first you might just think about nutrition and exercise but sleep, stress management, relationships, your environment, your spiritual connections and more all play a part.

A coach isn’t a dietician, doctor, therapist or personal trainer (though you may find a coach who is also one or more of those professionals).
Instead, Health and Wellness Coaches recognize that you are the expert in your own life and they believe in bio-individuality. When you work with a coach they focus on your specific needs and desires and help you create a path toward those desires that is realistic for you. It’s not a one size fits all approach.
